Happy Feet

Sometimes my feet simply crave the grass, which is something we have very little of here in the city.

But Shinjuku if blessed with Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, a gorgeous park in the middle of the city, and I always head here when I have an afternoon off to be lazy. Hope you all enjoy a wonderfully lazy afternoon this weekend! Happy friday!

Enjoy looking at more beautiful skies all around the world here.

  5. Is it weekend already! Where has the week gone... I love grassy areas, especially one that looks as green and as inviting. I love to just sit and draw, read and look at people...

  10. I love grass too. We have lots of open space around here, but large expanses of grass aren't common because it's too dry. Nice photo!

  11. Ha! Happy Feet?
    The grass is too green.
Must be icy white to do a proper Happy Feet, just like the film. :)

  13. I get the picture (not to mention the soundtrack).

Aah. Strumming those cool, tickling blades of grass with bare feet creates a real foot-tapping summer sole music.

  17. Wonderful you have this park with green grass close to you, Kaori... and I like walking bare-feet on soft grass too... but... aren't there "keep off the grass" signs? I'm often disappointed to see those signs. Like a "don't touch" by a sculpture that is begging to be touched...

[When you have a moment... can you come identify the food on my post? I can't wait to see how far off I am with my wild guess. :-D ]
