If it's the jetlag wall, I put my head on a pillow and sleep. If it's a career/work wall, I start brainstorming a transition. If it's a writer's block wall, I go back to mind mapping. If it's an emotional wall, I take a deep breath, take a break away from it all, and if that's not possible, find a loving paid of arms. Wait, that last one is always good. Hugs. The answer to all ails. And laughs. T's option is good too. I like your photo.
